Abstract
Adequate and favorable alveolar ridge is essential for aesthetic and functional implants prosthetic reconstruction. However, because of the ridge resorption, especially vertical, it is very hard to reconstruct original dimension. In this cases report, vertical ridge augmentation and sinus graft procedures were in progress at the same time in the posterior maxilla. In order to obtain stability of grafts, autogenous block bone was used with fixation screw. And five months later, the implant was placed in the augmented ridge. Through the ridge preservation, it was possible to place aesthetically and functionally better implant. Also, it could performed within same period without vertical ridge augmentation procedure.
